To request exclusion:

1. Speak to one of our staff members
2. Fill out an application form on-site
3. Choose your preferred duration (from 6 months to permanent)

During this time, we will not allow you access to our premises and all marketing communications from us will stop.

Voluntary Limits

If you're concerned about controlling your spending or want to monitor your gaming habits more closely, we offer voluntary limits for both deposits and spend. Please speak with one of our team members in person to discuss your options.

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily/weekly/monthly limit on the amount you can deposit
• Spend Limits: Establish a limit on how much you can spend in-game per session
